Observation

During my interview with Celia Todd on 06.13.2022 she stated she had fallen asleep for "a little while" while two older children were in a separate room unsupervised and that she did not hear a parent enter the child care. Dispute Description: Provider states she was awake. She believes the child is not being truthful. Provider states she was awake. She believes the child is not being truthful.
